Gregory Lee Mayberry was born the second of five children on September 9th, 1963 to Mitchell and Linda Mayberry of Carrollton, Texas. He passed into heaven on January 24th, 2019 at the age of 55. He worked for ATT for 20 years, using his knowledge of electronics to solve communications issues. He held a Ham radio license, an NRA membership, and was a licensed concealed handgun carrier. He’s preceded in death by his father, Mitchell Mayberry and brother Steve Mayberry. He’s survived by his mother, Linda Mayberry, wife Lauri and son Ethan, step children Rebecca and Bobby Evans, brothers Mitch Mayberry and wife Leah, Mike Mayberry and wife Sandy, sister Patti Barnard and sister-in-law Suzan Mayberry, nephews Hunter, Travis, Kyle, Jarrett, McIver, Keegan and Parker and niece Sarah. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 29th at 2:00 at First Baptist Church of Carrollton with public visitation at 1:00. A graveside memorial will be held at Hilltop Cemetery immediately afterwards.
