Hiep Ngoc Nguyen 58 of Carrollton, Texas passed away August, 30, 2013 surrounded by family and friends. Mr. Nguyen is survived by his wife Loan Tran, as well as a host of relatives and friends. Family will receieve friends Sunday, September 1, 2013 from 6-8 pm and Monday, September 2, 2013 from 6-8 pm at Rhoton Funeral Home. Services will be held Tuesday, September 3, 2013 at 9 am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Carrollton.
