

Khanh was born in Duyen Hau, Bui Chu, Vietnam. He went to Khiet Tam school in Bien Hoa and Khang Duy Nguyen school in Saigon. Khanh was married to Hoang Kim Dang.
Khanh first worked as a teacher at his local parish school in Bui Hiep. He later became the academic dean at Vinh Sang College. He enjoyed going to church, spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, gardening, cooking, and good food. Most of all, his passion was being of service to others. Khanh loved and was very involved in his parish community at Sacred Heart of Jesus Vietnamese Catholic Church in Carrollton, TX. He was an Extraordinary minister of Holy Communion, on the parish council, finance council, and a member of the Divine Mercy Chaplet and Our Lady of Sorrows prayer group.
Khanh is preceded in death by his father, Hao Dinh Vu, his mother, Hoc Thi Vu, and his sister, Chi Kim Thi Vu.
Khanh is survived by his spouse, Kim Dang Vu, his daughter, Yvette Ann Vu and spouse, Chau Minh Uong, and grandchildren, Markus Bao Dinh Uong, Lukas Binh Cao Uong, Thomas Dan Minh Uong, Mercy Y Van Uong, Lucy Kieu Hoang Uong, Trinity Tien Hang Uong, and Edison Don Minh Uong, son, Joseph Vu, his brother, Thang Duc Vu, sisters, Lieu Thi Vu and Nhung Thi Vu, and all his family and friends.
A visitation for Khanh is scheduled for August 8, 2025, from 1 PM - 9 PM at Rhoton Funeral home. The funeral service will begin on August 9, 2025 at 8 AM at Sacred Heart of Jesus Vietnamese Church in Carrollton, TX.
