While her time with us was far too short, Sage filled our hearts with more love than we ever thought possible. She was baptized and spent every moment of her life surrounded by family. Her middle name, Leigh, carries on a cherished Jungman family tradition, connecting her to her mother and the generations before her.
She fought so hard, and we are so proud of her and so grateful for every moment she was with us. She was so beautiful and she will forever be with us in our thoughts and memories.
Sage is survived by her loving parents, Craig and Shannon Holman.
