Tita Sue Saunders

Frances Mae Saunders, known to all as Tita Sue, 84 years of age, of Dallas Texas, passed away on the 5th of February, 2024. Tita Sue was born in Dallas on the 21st of April, 1939, to Francis Ruell and Carrie Mae Bradshaw. Tita Sue was married to George Milton Saunders.

Tita Sue worked for Continental Baking Company most of her life. She enjoyed shopping, cooking, and baking for others. Her television was always tuned to The Young and the Restless, The Bold and the Beautiful, and Doctor Phil. She enjoyed spending time with her family, the weekly margarita, and definitely spoke her mind.

Tita Sue is preceded in death by her husband George Saunders, parents Ruell and Carrie Mae Brashaw, her daughter Sandra Staley, and brother WL Bradshaw.

Tita Sue is survived by sons Deward Wayne Thomas and Ricky Lynn Saunders, daughter-in-law Ernestina Saunders; grandchildren Santana and Gala Dempsey, Erika Saunders, Cody Thomas, Victoria Guerrero, Ricky Saunders Jr., Katy Stiltz; great-grandchildren Luke Saunders, Alice and Aubrey Dempsey, Homero Guerrero III, John Paul Guerrero, Quinn Dempsey, Tinsley Thomas, Emma Guerrero, and Liam Stiltz; and niece Anita Skipper; great-nieces Heather Randolph and Jessica Cerrone.

A visitation for Tita Sue is scheduled for Thursday, February 8, 2024 from 4:00-8:00 pm at Rhoton Funeral Home (1511 South Interstate 35e, Carrollton, TX 75006). The funeral service will begin on Friday, February 9, 2024 11:00 am at Rhoton Funeral Home followed by the committal service at 12:30 pm at Sparkman/Hillcrest Funeral Home (7405 West Northwest Highway, Dallas, TX 75225).
