Sandy Mae ( Augustine) Sanders died in her home of 13 years on July17, 2017.

She has left behind her loving husband of 37 years Richard, her son Mark, daughter Janet and her sister Phyllis along with three grandchildren.

She was a hard working woman. When she retired from Baxter she moved up to Dayton NV. where she became evolved with the wild horse league, WHPL. She meet some really great friends were herself and her best friend were known as thee BS girls.

She knew the names of every neighbor she has ever had in every neighborhood she has lived in. She would add some of them to her Christmas card list and would send them all a Christmas card every year.

She would get her hair and nails done every week by her close friend Jackie. When she couldn’t do it on her own anymore her husband Richard always made sure to take her.

We would like to thank Lynn and Mary who helped with the care giving and who also became her friend.

A life made beautiful by kindly deeds and a helping hand when needed, always the friend you could call.

Sandy wished to be buried and her resting place will be the Dayton Cemetery in Dayton Nevada on July 25, 2017.

In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in her name to the Alzheimer’s Association of Northern Nevada.
