

He grew up in Lander and worked there for many years at the Wyoming State Training School. He later moved to Carson City Nevada and became a Program Director in the care giving field.
Steve enjoyed the outdoors, hiking, camping, fishing. The thing he enjoyed most was helping others. He had a big heart and was well suited for his occupation. To know him was to love him. He surrounded himself with loving friends who showed their love and assisted him when he needed it most. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his Mother Myrle Parks, Father Jim Case, and Step Father Leroy Parks. He is Survived by his brothers John Davis, Glenn Davis, Joe Beydler, Mike Freese, and Michael Parks. Sisters Patty Scott, Virginia Morin, and Terryl Lane.
His remains will be sent to Lander Wyoming and will be buried with family. There will not be a service held in Carson City NV. A private reunion will be held by family at a later date to celebrate his life and memory.
