

She was born on November 26, 1977, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, to the late Neal and Camille Caldwell. Andrea is survived by her husband of 16 years, Jeremy Crutchfield; her sister, Natalie Hanes; sons Taylor Schuman and Timothy Schuman (Olivia); step-daughter Lexie Crutchfield; grandson Lucky Schuman; and several nephews and a niece.
Andrea was a devoted wife, mother, and friend. She dedicated over 22 years to law enforcement with the Bartow County Sheriff’s Office, beginning her career in 2003. Andrea served as a correctional officer and earned the rank of lieutenant in 2020. She truly enjoyed her time serving the community and was proud of her professional accomplishments.
Raised with strong Christian values, Andrea enjoyed a childhood filled with riding bikes, spending time with friends, and playing board and video games. As an adult, she cherished her annual trips visiting her mother’s family in Michigan and her passion for motorcycle riding. Some of her proudest family moments were the births of her sons and grandson.
Andrea loved “Saturday Fun Days” with family, amusement parks, all things Disney, travel, and her beloved dogs.
A gathering of family and friends will be held Thursday, July 17, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM, followed by a Celebration Honoring Her Life at 7:30 PM, at Owen Funeral Home, 12 Collins Dr, Cartersville, Georgia 30120. She will be buried at Sunset Memory Gardens in a private gathering at a later date.
