Ann Wade Smith

Mrs. Smith was born August 19, 1949 to the late Rev. Luther Wade and Mrs. Lillie Evans Wade in Cartersville, GA.

Mrs. Smith was an avid gardener who loved to travel. She was a member of Trinity Holiness Church. Mrs. Smith loved her family and her Lord.

Mrs. Smith is preceded in death by her parents, Rev. Luther Wade and Mrs. Lillie Evans Wade, sisters; Katie Wyatt, Margia Barrett, Joyce Mathis and Eva Maxwell, brothers; Junior Wade and James Wade.

Mrs. Smith is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, Donald Smith, son, Todd Smith, special niece, Maria (Michael) Floyd. She is also survived by her sister, Betty Sligh; brothers Melbourne Wade and L. M. Wade (Mary), as well as, a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Mrs. Smith will be conducted Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at two o'clock in the afternoon in the Owen Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Tony Blevins officiating. Mrs. Smith's nephews will be serving as pallbearers.

Interment will follow the service in Oak Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from five o'clock in the evening until eight at Owen Funeral Home Tuesday, November 28, 2017.
