Beverly Ann Benson

Beverly Ann Benson, age 72, of Cartersville, Georgia passed away at her home on Friday, April 24, 2015. She was born in Kingston, Georgia on May 5, 1942. She was the daughter of the late John F. Carroll, Sr. and Thelma Herrin Carroll.

In addition her parents, she was preceded in death by her sons, Michael and Randall Benson; brother, Donald Carroll; and brother-in-law, Hugh Smith. She is survived by her sister, Virginia Smith of Forsyth, Georgia; brother and sister-in-law, John and Annette Carroll of Kingston, Georgia; and sister and brother-in-law, Jeanette and Buddy Satterfield of Cartersville, Georgia. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, and dear friends, and a special great-nephew, Israel Satterfield.

At her request, there will be no visitation. A private graveside service for family will be scheduled for a later date. She will interned near her children at Floyd Creek Church Cemetery.
