Known affectionately as "Wild Man," Billy was full of life, laughter, and unforgettable stories. He had a gift for making people smile and a reputation for pushing the limits—often said to have used up his “nine lives” more than once. An avid outdoorsman, Billy loved hunting, fishing, and spending time in nature. He especially cherished time spent at his condo in Panama City Beach and fishing in the Gulf with family and friends. Billy was a dedicated family man, never missing a chance to support his grandchildren—even when that meant cheering them on from his truck when health kept him from the sidelines. He was the proud owner of a successful construction company, building homes, including HUD and Section 8 properties throughout the area. A Master Mason and devoted member of the Kingston Masonic Lodge, Billy was also a man of strong faith and a born-again Christian.
