Carlos is preceded in death by his wife of 65 years, Milagros Rivera. He is survived by his children, Georgina, Noemi, Alma, Carlos, Mildred, 11 Grandchildren’s, and 22 Great Grandchildren’s.
A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Saturday, April 1, 2023 in the chapel of Owen Funeral Home with Pastor Chip Abernathy officiating. The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 1, 2023 from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm.
