David was born February 17, 1978 in Escindido, CA, son of David Paul Frank and Jody Bell Frank. He was employed by RaceTrac.
Survivors include his wife, Shana Pendley Frank; Children, Haley Isabella, Skye Flammia, Brantley Foster; grandchildren, Gabriel, Samuel, Anabella; sister-in-law, Shanna Frank; brother, Anthony Frank.
Memorial services will be conducted Saturday, June 10th at 2:00 p.m. in the Owen Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Stanley Boshner
officiating.
