David Paul (PD) Rose

PD proudly served his country in the United States Army. He was a member of the Cartersville Elks Lodge # 1969, the Cartersville Moose Club and the American Legion post 42. PD was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend to all who knew him.

PD is preceded in death by his wife, Joan Cagle Rose and sister, Bonnie Shinall Keith. He is survived by his son, Eric Rose, daughter, Rebecca (Jason) Fillers; grandchildren, Haileigh Fillers, Hannah Fillers and sister Nancy Nunley.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 19, 2021 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm. A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at 2:00 on Friday, August 20, 20212 in the chapel of Owen Funeral Home with Rev. Burnan Hall officiating.
