

Mrs. Redding was born May 11, 1950 in Bartow County, a daughter of the late William Carl Maxwell and Dorothy Waits Maxwell.
She was of the Baptist faith and was a beautician and master cosmetologist. Dian was a member of the Cassville Historical Society. She was a loving wife, mother grandmother and sister.
Survivors include her husband, Charles E. Redding, Sr., her daughter, Tina D. Litton, of Cartersville, two step sons, Eddie Redding (Leslie) , of Mississippi and Eric Redding, of Cartersville, sisters, Delores Hufstetler (Randy) and Kim Tidwell (Darryl) all of Cartersville, her brother, William Carl Maxwell, Jr., of Kingston, grandchildren, Adam and Andrew Litton, Trey Redding, Heather Massingale, Heather, Phillip, Jacob, and Zack Redding, great grandchildren, Drake Maxwell Litton and Mason Massingale and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Saturday, September 6, 2014 from the Chapel of the Owen Funeral Home with Rev. Darryl Tidwell and Rev. J.R. Smith officiating. Interment will follow in the Cassville cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Eric, Eddie and Trey Redding, Phil Griggs, Clarence Hembree and Mike Floyd. Honorary pallbearers will be Andrew and Adam Litton, Cory Tidwell and Zebelias Alexander.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00 till 8:00 P.M. Friday.
