Donna Kay Bell

Donna is preceded in death by her father, Cecil Ford. She is survived by her husband of 36 years, David Bell; Children, Daiden Bell Pledger (Trevor) and Greg Bell (Natalie); grandchildren, Luke Pledger and Eli Pledger; mother, Kay Ford; brother, Darrin Ford (April).

Donna was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She graduated from Louisiana State University and Western Kentucky University. She spent her life caring for others as a teacher, nurse, and pastor at Fairmount United Methodist Church. She loved to read mystery novels, craft, and watch Lucille Ball.

A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at 12:00 pm on Monday, January 19, 2026 in the chapel of Owen Funeral Home with Rev. Michael Mosteller officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in memory of Donna to St. Judes Children’s Hospital.
