Mrs. Frankie Reed McDonnold

Mrs. McDonnold was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and a friend of many. She was born September 19, 1924 in Raleigh, Tennessee, daughter of the late Marvin Reed Barker and Blanche Evelyn Ray Barker. She was an exceptional homemaker and attended The Church at Liberty Square. She volunteered at the hospital, The Tranquility House, and the schools. She was preceded in death by a son, Jimmy McDonnold and by a daughter, Jenny Copeland.

Surviving are her husband of 67 years; James R. McDonnold; a daughter, Robbie Taylor; 6 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; her special caregivers.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, December 28th at 12:00 P.M. in the Owen Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in the Georgia National Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Monday evening from 6:00 until 9:00 P.M. at Owen Funeral Home.
