Mr. Mullinax was born January 30, 1947 in Bartow County, the son of the late, Clarence and Idalene (Westbrooks) Mullinax, served in the U.S. Marine Reserves and was a member of Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, J.C. Mullinax, Larry Mullinax, sisters, Grace Pressley and infant sister, Barbara Sue Mullinax.
Surviving are her sisters and brothers in law, Virginia Guyton, Nell and Richard Warren, Carolyn and J.C. Waters, Shirley and James Ross Hobgood, all of Cartersville, and a brother and sister in law, Jerol and Jerrie Mullinax, of Rockmart and a number of nieces and nephews and cousins survive.
A graveside memorial service will be held Saturday, August 18, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church Cemetery with his nephews, Stanley Warren and Tommy Mullinax officiaitng.
Owen Funeral Home, 12 Collins Drive, Cartersville Georgia is in charge of the arrangements.
