Helen M Hardin

Helen Mae Hardin, age 77, passed away on Tuesday, May 10, 2022. Mrs. Hardin was born on January 14, 1945 in Emerson, GA, daughter of the late Walter Gravley and Lula Mae Evans Gravley. Mrs. Hardin was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Mrs. Hardin is preceded in death by her loving husband of fifty-three years, Jimmy Ray Hardin; brothers, Walter C. “John” Gravley, James C. “JC” Gravley, Robert D. Gravley and Marvin L. “Louis” Gravley; sister, Bettie J. Gravley Massey. Mrs. Hardin is survived by her sons, Allen Hardin and Steven (Suzanne) Hardin; granddaughter, Valerie (Terry) St. Martin; grandson, Jason (Lauren) Hardin; brothers, Norris Gravley and Ray Gravley; a host of nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at two o’clock in the afternoon on Sunday, the 15th of May, 2022 in the chapel of Owen Funeral Home with Rev. Kenny Jacobs officiating. Interment will immediately follow in Sunset Memory Gardens. Serving as pallbearers are Jerry Gravley, Ronnie Gravley, Lamar Gravley, Buddy Massey, Kevin Cloninger and Brenton McCoy.
