Jack Edwards Jolley

Mr. Jolley was born February 10, 1931 in Bartow County, a son of the late Fred Jolley and Forrest A. Edwards Jolley.

He was a member of the First Congregational Methodist Church of Cartersville and retired from Auto Parts of Cartersville, where he was a purchasing agent for 45 years.

Preceded in death by his wife, Christine Lipscomb Jolley, he is survived by his daughter, Jacqueline Clifton, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, his son, Wesley Jolley, of West Palm Beach, Florida, his grandchildren, Amy, Nicole, Tony, Aaron, and Mary Catherine, his great grandchildren, Ben, Ava, Bella, Zoe, and Emily and two sisters, Caroline Hutchings of Cartersville and Dot Jones of Raleigh, North Carolina.

He was preceded in death by his sisters, Joyce and Elizabeth and his brother, Fred Wesley Jolley.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, December 21, 2010, from the First Congregational Methodist Church with the Rev. Wayne Rice officiating. Interment will follow in the Taylorsville Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday evening from 6:00-8:00 p.m.
