Jeffrey worked with the Floyd County Sherriff's department, where he served as a jailor for several years. He was an avid Tennessee Vol's fan. In his spare time, he enjoyed playing trivia and was known by all to have a wealth of useless information. He was a true and faithful servant of the Lord and a proud member of the Baptist Faith. The joy of his life was spending quality time with his family and his precious dog, Abby.
Jeffrey is preceded in death by his grandparents, Arthur and Bertha Blalock of Cartersville and Harold and Sallie Moore of Taylorsville. . He is survived by his parents, Edward and Carol Moore Blalock; sister, Caron Tidwell (Roger Hartsfield); nephews, Logan (Reaunah) Tidwell and Noah Tidwell all of Cartersville; his beloved dog, Abby.
