Mrs. Lewis was born June 10, 1944 in Louisville, Kentucky, the daughter of the late, E.A. Grunloh and Alma J. Van Wie- Grunloh,was employed for many years at Wal-Mart and was of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are her four daughters and three son in laws, Helen and Steve Hankinson of Cartersville, Christine Ward of Acworth, Paula Lewis and Anthony of Acworth, Misty and William Martin of Tucker, nine grandchildren; Ashley and Ian Hankinson, April Foster, Bruce Roeder, Edgar Bond, Jimmy and Vivian Ergle, Jason Sammis and Christine Williams and one great grandchild, Will Foster.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday evening from 5:00-7:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
