June St.Clair

June Whitaker St.Clair, 84 of White, GA and formerly of Lexington, VA died Wednesday, November 7, 2012 at the Cartersville Medical Center in Cartersville, GA. Born June 23, 1928 in Botetourt County a daughter of the late Samuel David Whitaker and Hattie Leonard Whitaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, R. Steve Whitaker, Ray L. Whitaker, and two sisters, Betty Hageman and Margie Dunbar. Mrs. St.Clair was a member of the Collierstown Baptist Church. Surviving are her husband, Clark T. St.Clair of White, GA; three sons, Gary L. St.Clair of Natural Bridge, VA; Charles T. St.Clair and wife Rosanne of White, GA; Mark E. St.Clair of Casa Grande, AZ; one brother, Carl L. Whitaker of Roanoke, VA; seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren. A funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Sunday, November 11, 2012 at the Harrison Funeral Home Chapel in Lexington, VA with the Rev. Greg Gertz officiating. Burial will follow at Green Hill Cemetery in Buena Vista, VA. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Arrangements are being handled by Harrison Funeral Home & Crematory, Lexington, VA.
