November 4, 1956 – November 27, 2025
Lynda Carol Miller, 69, passed away on November 27, 2025. She was a woman full of heart, creativity, laughter, and fierce devotion to those she loved most.
Lynda is survived by her loving mother, Earline Cagle; her brother, Tommy Cagle; her beloved son, Joseph Rice; and her cherished daughter-in-law, Ashley Rice. Her greatest pride and joy in life was her family, and the love she had for her children was unmatched—strong, unconditional, and constant.
Lynda found happiness in the simple, beautiful things in life. She loved music—especially Elvis Presley, The Beatles, and Creedence Clearwater Revival—and always had a song in her heart. Nature brought her peace, whether it was admiring flowers, watching animals, or simply being outdoors. She deeply respected and valued the work of the Etowah Valley Humane Society, reflecting her lifelong love and compassion for animals. She had a creative soul and loved arts and crafts, antiquing, and turning ordinary finds into something special.
A proud University of Georgia Bulldogs fan, Lynda enjoyed cheering on her team, spending days fishing, and making memories with her friends and family—who meant the world to her. Her laughter was contagious, her kindness genuine, and her presence made life brighter for everyone around her.
Lynda will be remembered for her loving heart, creative spirit, and the deep, unwavering love she gave so freely. Though she will be deeply missed, her family and friends will forever carry her warmth, strength, and joy in their hearts.
