Although Russell’s time on earth was short, he brought joy, love and hope to our eyes. Our son in our eyes will always be completely loved and forever missed. To his family he will always remain precious and priceless.

Russell is survived by his parents Mr. Barry Holden and Margaret Ann Watkins Elrod, of Rockmart, GA, brother, Brandon Elrod, sister, Allyson Elrod, grand-parents, Russell and Kathy Holden, uncles; Ivan Holden (Dana), Richard Phifer (Elizabeth) and Benji Holden, aunt, Amy Kern (Michael) and cousins; Ashton Kern, Leann Simmons and Levi Simmons.

Graveside services for Russell will be held at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church Sunday, May 28, 2017 at three o’clock in the afternoon with the Rev. J. R.McWhorter officiating.

The family will receive friends Sunday, May 28, 2017 from one o’clock in the afternoon until the service hour.
