Ruth P. Roberts

Mrs. Roberts was born June 17, 1925 in Pickens County, Georgia, daughter of the late James Vance Perry and Gertrude Thacker Perry. She was retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company and was a member of Atco Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Dayton Roberts; 2 brothers, Harold Perry and Everett Perry.

Survivors include her children; Tony (Mary Ann) Roberts, Sharon (Steve) Clements; grandchildren, Todd (Dawn) Roberts, Kevin Roberts, Chris (Lindsey) Roberts, Alicia Clements, Cassie Clements, Shana Clements Phillips, Ty Clements, Michael Clements, Allison Ruth Clements; great-grandchildren, Emily Roberts, Grayson Roberts, Jarod Roberts, Jacob Roberts, Gavin Roberts, Jillion Roberts, Alaina Baine, Talon Baine, Cameron Lauderdale.

Funeral services will be conducted Monday, December 19th at 2:00 P.M. in the Owen Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Darryl Perry officiating. Interment will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Owen Funeral Home.
