She was born in Polk County, Georgia, daughter of the late Daniel William Chupp and Susan Dale McMillan Chupp. She was retired from Fulton County Juvenile Court and was preceded in death by a Grandchild, Jerianne Rutland.
Survivors include her daughters & son-in-law, Vickie & Ronnie Sutton, Suzanne Byram; grandchildren, Joseph & Christy Rutland, Michael & Jenny Carter, Lee Sutton; great-grandchildren, Baille Rutland, Kristen Rutland, Ethan Carter, Annabella Carter; nephew, Danny Chupp.
