

Mrs. Hill was born on September 8, 1940 in Cartersville, GA, daughter of the late Robert William Keever and Odell Willbanks Keever.
Mrs. Hill was a graduate of Cass High School in 1958. She retired from Woodland Middle School after ten years of service. She was the owner/operator of The Wagon Wheel Restaurant for over twenty-five years. She was a member of Atco Baptist Church. Mrs. Hill was also a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She enjoyed cooking and attending all of her grandchildren’s activities.
Mrs. Hill is preceded in death by her loving husband of fifty-seven years, Rufus N. Hill.
She is survived by her daughters, Pamela Hill (Barry) Greene and Janis L. Hill, all of Cartersville, GA; grandchildren, Lindsey Greene (Brandon) Stough of Tuscaloosa, AL, Mason Greene of Cartersville, GA; Taylor Greene of Pensacola, FL, Tyler Hill of Cartersville, GA; great-grandchildren, Charlie and Grady Stough of Tuscaloosa, AL.
The family would like to give a very special thank you to Amedisys Hospice and her wonderful caregivers, Alice Black, Shannon Hartsfield, Stella Heard, Cherry Huck, Hannah Simeon, Debbie Smith and Nancy Webb.
Graveside services will be conducted at eleven o’clock in the morning on Thursday, the 9th of November, 2017 at Sunset Memory Gardens with Rev. Doug Harris officiating.
Serving as pallbearers are Tyler Hill, Mason Greene, Taylor Greene, Barry Greene, Jeff Mauldin and Brandon Stough.
Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from five o’clock in the evening until eight on Wednesday the 8th of November, 2017 at Owen Funeral Home.
