Wilbur Richard Noles

Mr. Noles was born February 12, 1933 in Taylorsville, the son of the late, Richard E. and Grace (Holland) Noles was retired from AT&T and was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran, where he was a U.S.A.F. officer and pilot, flying radar planes over the North Atlantic Ocean.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Marie (Williams) Noles and a brother, W.L. Noles.

Surviving is his son and daughter in law, Van and Cherie Noles of Canton, his daughter, Donna Price of Cartersville, grandchildren, Jennifer Price, Weston Noles, Savanna Noles and Heather Price, two brothers and sisters in law, Jimmy and Carol Noles of Taylorsville, Oliver and Jeannette Noles of Jacksonville, Alabama and nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Friday, January 31, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Owen Funeral Home with Dr. Don Hattaway officiating.

Burial will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday evening from 6:00-8:00 p.m.
