One of her cats lived to be 23 years old, and another reached an age of 22 years. Her two cats, Tillie and Charlie, will certainly miss her at treat time.

She considered herself lucky to have cruised the islands of the Caribbean and the fjords of Norway; climbed the pyramids of Chichen Itza in Mexico; ridden the train through the Tuscany valley in Italy; seen the peaks of Mount Fuji in Japan and Denali in Alaska; stood in the open air arena where Paul preached in Ephesus; walked the lofty streets of Santorini; and explored the ruins of Bath and Stonehenge in England. Amy was a roller coaster enthusiast, and she most enjoyed the Spiderman ride at Universal Studios in Orlando. She also had a well-known fondness for Krystal hamburgers and always had to have one whenever she returned to Tennessee.
