David Parks Lierman

After a long battle with pancreatic cancer, Dave passed on peacefully at his home in Cary, North Carolina. Loving husband of Gail (Geist) and proud father of Alisha Brett Lierman. Devoted to his granddog Ted. Survived by his caring brother James and his wife Susan of Naples, Florida. Loved by the extended Geist family including many brothers and sisters, their spouses and nieces and nephews. Dave had many local friends, long-time friends from his days at Ashland College (Ohio) and his professional career at Wendy's. He treasured these relationships dearly.

Dave was happiest at home working on hobbies including drawing and turning simple sticks into beautiful walking canes. He was an avid Buckeye football fan regardless of the occasional flop. He spent many fall Saturdays pacing the floor.

A memorial service will be held at Brown-Wynne in Cary, NC on Wednesday, March 28 at 11:00 a.m. followed by a gathering at the Lierman home.
