Frances Guglielmetti

It is with a heavy heart and sorrow that we announce the passing of Frances Guglielmetti. Frances passed away peacefully on Sunday January 19, 2025 at the age of 93. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who touched the lives of many with her kindness and generosity.

Frances is survived by her daughter Carol Bromback and her husband Bill, her grandchildren Matt Bromback and Michelle Sullivan, and their spouses Stephanie Bromback and Brian Sullivan. She also leaves behind her great-granddaughters Claire Sullivan, Ella Sullivan and Emma Bromback who brought immense joy to her life. Frances is predeceased by her husband Joseph and her son Joseph Jr.

A native New Yorker and first generation American, Frances’ parents Clementina Dotta (Prandi) and Carlo Dotta migrated to the United States from Italy at the turn of 20th century. Frances spent most of her career working for the New York City Health and Hospital Corporation and later retired to Fort Lauderdale, Florida before ultimately moving to North Carolina to be closer to her family.

Frances will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Please continue to follow up for service updates. A mass in her honor will be held at St. Michaels in Cary, NC and burial will occur at the Philadelphia Memorial Park in Frazer, PA.

We will always cherish our memories of Frances and hold her close in our hearts. Rest in peace mom, grandma, nonni.
