Harold was born January 8, 1949 to the late Edward and Eleanor Eisenger Philipps. He was a Vietnam Veteran of the US Air Force
Harold was preceded in death by his sister, Eleanor Moran.
He is survived by his wife of 6 1/2 years, Roxanne Philipps; sons, Jude Philipps; Damion Philipps; Adam Redd; Jason Redd; and Aaron Redd; daughters, Davina King; and Judine Philipps; brothers, Edward Philipps; William Philipps; and Charlie Philipps; and 10 grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, April 19, 2012 at 6:00 PM at Adams-Green Funeral Home in Herndon VA.
