Kathy May Lozinsky

Kathy May Lewis Lozinsky, age 70, of Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina passed away after a long illness on Tuesday, June 11, 2024. Born in Rupert, WV on July 22, 1953; she was the daughter of the late Clyde William Lewis and Nina Baldwin Lewis. Kathy grew up in Niagara Falls, NY, graduating from Lasalle High School and NCCC College. She spent the last 30 years in Raleigh, NC.

She is survived by her husband of 40 years: Steve; sons: Jeremy (Leslie Tyson) and Nathan (Christina Reeves); her four grandchildren: Ethan, Caden, Livia and Conor, who were her life, love and passion for the last 20 years; sisters: Sue Kusmer (Dan) and Barbara Schlegel (Jim); her niece and nephews and other extended family.

Kathy was a successful business woman, being President of three companies including Sparkle & Shine Cleaning Service, which she ran for the last 30 years. She has been honored as a Woman of Business numerous times and was a Top 10 Largest Woman Owned Employer in Raleigh for over 15 years.

Family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 19th from 1-3 pm and 6-8 pm at Brown-Wynne Funeral Home in Cary. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, June 20, 2024 at 11 am in the funeral home chapel, with a luncheon following.
