Kelly Raygene Crump

Kelly was a decorated Navy Veteran and graduated from NC State University with a Master’s Degree in Education. He went on to teach Continuing Education at many schools and universities across the country. He was a long time member of Macedonia United Methodist Chruch and was an original member of the Swift Creek Exchange Club. Kelly loved his family and serving his country and community.

In addition to his wife of 66 years, Patsy Rebecca Pearson Crump, he is survived by his daughter Leslie VanHorne and her husband Gene VanHorne, his daughter Kelly Maria Clarke and her husband, Daniel Clarke. As well as eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends starting at 12:00pm on Friday, December 7th, 2018 at Macedonia United Methodist Church, 2700 Jones Franklin Rd, Raleigh with a funeral service beginning at 1pm. Burial will immediately follow the service at Montlawn Memorial Park in Raleigh.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to Transitions LifeCare Hospice Center.
