

He was born on March 22, 1956, in Suffern, New York. Ken loved spending time with his family and many friends. He enjoyed motorcycle riding, traveling, and collecting Lionel trains. He graduated from Virginia Military Institute in Physics. Later he earned a MBA at the University of Minnesota. In the beginning of his career, he taught classes overseas for the University of Maryland. Afterwards, he worked as an information technology systems analyst for over twenty years at a pharmaceutical company in Minnesota, retiring in 2019.
Ken is survived by his sister, Peggy Sharp (Scott), his brother Rob Singleton (Anita), and his brother David Singleton; his nieces and nephews, Erica, Brandon, Nicholas, Allison, Andy, Hannah, Sarah, and several great nephews and nieces, Parker, Peyton, Presley, Palmer, and Rosie.
He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Bill and Joan Singleton, and his brother, Greg Singleton.
A Funeral Mass will be held at Saint Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church, 3008 Old Raleigh Rd, Apex, NC 27502, on April 29, 2026, at 10:45 am.
