Linda Bost Nabors

She was preceded in death by her father Reuben Everette Bost, mother Lillie Mae Drye Bost, sister Hazel Marta Bost Carlton, sister Louise Marbella Bost Settelmeyer and brother Reuben Derwood Bost. She was survived by her husband John of Cary, son Everette and wife Anna of Columbia SC, sister “Catherine” Margarette Catherine Bost Barrier of Charlotte NC and grandchild Zem of Durham.

In 1968 finished courses at North State Business College. She also attended Charlotte College.

She worked as a data entry operator at University of North Carolina at Charlotte where she meets her husband to be John who was a student.

She worked in retail for many years. She worked as a sales person and as a stock person.

She was an accomplished seamstress. She made everything from dresses to draperies and anything in-between. She also loved doing cross stitch, knitting and crochet. To keep her mind sharp she enjoyed doing wordsearch.

Funeral services will be at Christ the King Church Columbarium on September 10 at 4:00 PM

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made in honor of Linda Nabors to one of the following: The Glioblastoma Research Organization or American Diabetes Association.
