Norma Covalt Willis

Born on July 1, 1946 in NC, she was a daughter of the late Graham and Hilda Covalt. Norma enjoyed flowers and gardening. She was fond of her dogs Amy and Charlie. She enjoyed going to the beach, mountains and spending time with the grandkids. Norma liked to pier fish and enjoyed going to the boardwalk and Fort Fisher.

Survivors include her husband, John Willis; daughters Diana Thompson and her husband, Jr. of Creedmoor, Donna Gaillard and her husband, Bruce of Apex; grandchildren, Mike Thompson, John Thompson, Skyler Thompson, Alyse Gaillard; great-grandchildren, Temperance Thompson, Laila Thompson, Lee Thompson, Lillian Thompson; brother, Donald Covalt of Morrisville; and a sister, Helen Husky of California.

A funeral service for Norma will be held Tuesday, April 26, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Brown-Wynne Funeral Home, 200 Southeast Maynard Road, Cary, NC 27511. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM on Tuesday prior to the service.
