Rich was born on July 3rd, 1956, to Richard Albert Sr. and Selma Cieri Santilli. Rich grew up in Somerville, NJ, where he attended Somerville High School and then Penn State University. Rich had recently retired from Synopsys, Inc. in Durham, NC.
Rich loved to entertain his friends & family, who will all greatly miss his fun, outgoing spirit. He greatly enjoyed both golfing and fishing during his free time. Rich was an extremely hard worker and did an excellent job of providing for his loved ones.
Rich is survived by his son, Eric Santilli, of Cary. Eric will forever be indebted to Rich for all of his efforts to provide him with a wonderful childhood and young adulthood.
A public visitation will be held on Saturday, August 27th, 2016, from 12:00 -2:00 pm to celebrate his life. The event will be held at Brown-Wynne Funeral Home located at 200 SE Maynard Rd in Cary, NC.
