Dear Sean & Adrienne: I just now learned of your mom’s passing & my heart is broken for you. I worked with her at Cary Orthopaedic & you Sean went to Cary High with my daughter Toni. She was the first one to greet & help me as a new employee there & during a storm when we lost power she offered dinner & her washer/dryer to help.  Please extend my deepest condolences to your dad. She was a wonderful lady!

I have wonderful memories of Sara from when I was a kid in the early days of Cary Orthopaedic.  We reconnected in the last year since I've moved back and she was as lovely as ever...such an incredible woman!  She will be missed.

It saddens me deeply to hear of Mrs. Bridges passing away.  She was a wonderful woman who made me smile each time she came into our office.  I enjoyed being able to speak with her & assist her however possible.  She always had a kind word & a smile for me.  My thoughts & prayers are with you all during this difficult time.

I AM SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT THE PASSING OF SARAH,  SHE WAS A GOOD FRIEND AND WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME WORKING TOGETHER AT MILNER RADIOLOGY.  MY HEART OUT TO MARTY, SEAN, AND ADRIENNE AND THE GRANDKIDS.  SHE WILL BE MISSED BY ALL THAT NEW HER AND HER WONDERFUL SMILE SHE HAD.

Marty, Sean and Adrienne,

I am so sad about the passing of my dear cousin Sara.  While we never were able to spend a lot of time together due to always living thousands of miles apart, the times we did have together were special.  I particularly remember being in the Raleigh area on business and on the weekend Sara and I visited Burlington where our mothers and grandparents lived.  We visited the house where our grandparents (Granny and Pop Dailey ) lived when we were kids.  We also visited the cemetery.  It was a special day that I will never forget. Incidentally, it was also the day Sara introduced me to the Cracker Barrel.  Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

This is something I never thought I'd be doing, but it shows us how important our friends and family are to stay close no matter where we live.  One of my favorite days is when I met you on one of those crazy vacations we'd take advantage of when Phil would be on business in Raliegh. The girls were with us and immediately fell in love with you, your dogs and cat! From that day on I felt so close to you and would love the times Marty had conferences out in California so we could hang, catch up, brag or complain about our kids, tease our husbands and it didn't make a difference of which one cause we'd always laugh about it in fun. You and Marty were our first guests when we moved to a Del Webb out in the desert. Because of the distance we spent a lot of time texting or talking on the phone. I loved how your brother called you Sista and it didn't take long before I felt you were my Sista and I hope your spirit will allow me to keep calling you that.  You are the greatest and the love for you will never end. Our last conversations via phone and text will last forever as here you were with another hip replacement and all you wanted to know was how your cousin was doing with his double knee replacement and when asked how you were doing your concern was about him. You had a legacy that was well known with your love, compassion, your laughter and teasing, your rants that brought more laughter and the gift of making sure whoever hearts you touched were always # one. The only thing now that is important for you is "Life is changed not ended" as you will always be in our hearts, including those of your beautiful Grandsons.

Sara, I am sure gona miss you and I know Jason is.  He loved his phone calls with you and cheering at State games and the Hurricanes.  I loved how you took to Jason and treated him like any other young man.  I am so grateful that you came into our life.  You are and will always be in our hearts and mind.  We love you,  Jason said he now had a guardian angel watching over him and I know that's so true.  Till we see each other again.

Words can't express my sadness to hear about Sara.  She was such an amazing wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She always went out of her way to make me feel like part of the family.  I knew I had a home in Cary where I was always welcome.  I wish I could be there today.  I love you guys.

Marty, you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.  It is always sad to lose a Mom or spouse.  Please remember that she is not truly gone, you will carry her with you in your heart and she will always be there for you.

I am saddened beyond words. Sara was an amazing mom not only to her own but to all of their friends. As teenagers Sara was the mom who listened without judgment and gave the perfect advice. I remember Sara being the chaperone on our Spring Break trip senior year. 
My heart goes out to the Bridges family. You are all in my prayers for healing and comfort.

We are overwhelmed with sadness at the loss of our dear friend, Sara and we surround Marty, Sean, Adrienne, Zachary, Noah and Andrew with much love and the hope that the many happy memories will help with their healing. Love you all.

Sara was one of the first folks I met at Cary Orthopaedics when Dr. Sanitate and I started in the Cary facility. Her smile was always welcoming and her assistance in orienting me to the facility and the people invaluable.  Over time, we shared much, with our love of football, our children and especially our grandbabies we had much to talk about. We discussed the impact of deployments as I had been a military brat, who the best Wolfpack players and coaches were and who the best Pirates were and most importantly which of our teams was going to win.  She often teased me about having an ECU grad who later got advanced degrees in Chapel Hill and how fortunate I was to have my other daughter, a Peace grad, have the good sense to marry a Wolfpack fellow!  I think everyone that knew her would agree that she took all who loved her under her nurturing wing. 
  
Sara had days when she felt less well with her hips and on those days she pushed through with only a slightly diminished smile. She was quick witted, kind, mischevious, enthusiastic, loving and gracious....a true Southern Lady and I will miss her very much.  My thoughts and prayers are with Marty, Shaun, Adrienne, Andrew, Noah, Zachary and her brother John.  She will always be as close as a memory and the God of all comfort as close as a prayer. RIP dear lady, know that you will be greatly missed.

Marty, I was greatly shocked and saddened upon learning of your loss. My prayers and thoughts are with you and your family as you mourn the loss of Sara. Psalm 34:18 states, "The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit". Let HIM into your hearts to help you at this terrible time. I am sorry I will not be able to attend the funeral service but be sure to know I will be thinking of all of you.

Sara will always be remembered as a fun loving lady who touched so many lives. She will be missed by so many people.  We send our thoughts and prayers to her family during this time of great grief. I had the privilege  of working with Sara for 13 years.  She put a smile on all those she touched.  She was compassionate to both patients and co-workers alike and you always knew you could talk to her about anything.  She was so proud of her three beautiful grandsons and I know they meant the world to her.  My prayers go to all her family and friends who will have to go on without her.  May God bless you Sara. You were taken much too soon.

I was with many of Marty's high school classmates on Saturday evening celebrating their 50th class reunion when we got the tragic news of Sara's passing from Marty's sister Julie. Oh how we had looked forward to reuniting with Marty, a leader in our class, and to meeting Sara for the first time and, of course, others.  While we were shocked and saddened by the news, please know that many are praying that God will comfort Sara's family as they mourn her unexpected departure and sudden absence from their lives.

My thoughts and prayers go out to all of Sara's family during this very difficult time.  Sara was my friend, neighbor and co-worker for 27 years.  She was such a caring compassionate person; from the patients she took care of in the office with such empathy, to the co-workers and friends she always supported and her grandchildren she adored; everyone will feel an emptiness by her passing, but we will all have wonderful memories of Sara to share and are thankful she is at peace and in God's hands.

My prayers go out to all of Sara's.family. She will be missed by so many people. I am so glad that I was able to work with her, when she walked into the office I knew it was going to be a good day, she brought so much laughter to all of us. Sara always took time to ask about my family,wanting to know how every one was doing,she took a sincere interest. I am glad that we crossed paths in this life. She brought a lot to mine. I was one of the privileged people who knew this beautiful, caring, funny, smart and oh-so interesting woman.  For the past 30+ years, Sara was the BEST next door neighbor & caring friend EVER to my parents, when my Mom was still alive, and after Mom passed continued to be the same to my Dad, Jim Weisenborn.  And our whole family adored her.  She would always stop by & say hello to me whenever she knew I was visiting from New York.  She always put a smile on my face.  I will surely miss her presence, and I will always remember her.  Sara truly had such a zest for life -- she loved her kids and grandkids to pieces; she loved all of her many cats and dogs; was an avid sports fan (it seemed she liked just about every sport, but was particularly a loyal fan of NC State teams).  Just a delightful woman, for sure!  My heart goes out to her husband Marty, her daughter Adrienne(sp?) & her grandsons.  Most sincerely, Kathy (Weisenborn) Dellova.
