He was born February 24th, 1946 and was raised in Pittsboro, North Carolina. A long-time resident of Cary, he was born to the late Tommie C. Justice and Francis Mills. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather.
He is survived by his wife; two daughters, Tara Craig and Tracy Valentine; as well as three grandchildren, Taylor, Riley, and Tommy.
Tommie will be laid to rest in a private family cemetery.
