William (Bill/Twig) Moses Terwilliger, 92, of Cary, passed away Monday, May 9, 2016. Born in Lake Huntington, NY to George and Mabel Terwilliger, William was employed with IBM for 38 years. A World War II veteran, he was an active member of the Cary VFW as well as Macedonia United Methodist Church.
Preceded in death by his wife Lois, William is survived by children; William, Keith, Eric, Agnes Vaughn, and Deborah Hunter, 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. William was also preceded in death by his sister, Dorothy Laskaris.
A visitation will take place Friday May 13, at 10:00am followed by funeral services at 11:00am, both at Cary Macedonia United Methodist Church, located at 2700 Jones Franklin Road, Cary NC.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Cary Macedonia UMC (macedoniaumc.org).
