Maria Luisa Pablo

Maria was born on October 2, 1957, in McAllen, Texas. At the age of 17, she made Casa Grande, Arizona her home, where she built a life centered on love, family, and cherished memories. She shared 30 beautiful years with her devoted husband, Leonard Pablo.

Maria found joy in life’s simple pleasures. She enjoyed listening and dancing to her favorite Cumbias, making homemade tortillas, and spending time with her loved ones. She especially loved her children and treasured moments filled with laughter, joking, and togetherness. Maria always carried a warm smile on her face, and her joyful spirit could brighten any room. She also enjoyed sitting outside with her favorite Diet Coke, visiting with neighbors, and watching her beloved cowboy shows. Small comforts like chicken nuggets and baby tomatoes brought her happiness and peace.

Her loving, playful, and caring nature will be forever remembered by all who knew her.

Maria was preceded in death by her son, Presiliano Casarez; her parents, Dolores and Jesus Vega; her brother, Andres Vega; her sister, Juana Vega; and her grandson, Narcisco Coronado.

She is survived by her husband, Leonard Pablo; her brothers, Jesus Vega, Jose Vega, and Juan Vega of Bakersfield, California; her sisters, Rosa Vega and Lupe Vega of Bakersfield, California; her children, Julian Casarez, Rosemary Casarez, Jessie Casarez III, Ignacia Acuna, Lupe Casarez, and Dolores Casarez of Casa Grande, Arizona; her stepchildren, Nalanie Coronado, Emmeretta Cordero, Charlie Jim, and Lenny Pablo of Casa Grande, Arizona; as well as 38 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.

Maria’s love, laughter, and beautiful memories will live on forever in the hearts of her family.

A Religious Ceremony will be held at J. Warren Funeral Services Cole & Maud The Gardens Chapel, 525 N. Peart Rd., Casa Grande, AZ 85122, US, on May 20, 2026, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am.

A Committal Service will take place at Mt. View Cemetery, 15506 W Skyway Ave, Casa Grande, AZ 85193, US, on May 20, 2026, from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm.
