Born June 23, 1993 in Cold Spring NY. ‘Eli’ passed away Sept 2, 2015. He is survived by his parents Stephen & Carol Spar; brother of Gabriel, Zachary; grandmother Phyllis Spar; nephew to Diane Avery, Linda Lebensold, and Anne Spar; Uncle to Kristian and Avery; Cousin to Lauren, Jennifer, Nicole and Lindsey. Elliott attended Metro State and the Colorado Culinary Academy.
Elliott was a Sir Knight of the Knights of Columbus. He loved music, hiking, the beach, fishing, poetry, gardening, & recording his own guitar and piano music.
A mass will be held at St Francis of Assisi in Castle Rock on Friday, Sept. 18 at 11AM.
