Jeanette Cobb passed away at the age of 81 peacefully on January 24th, 2026, in Castle Rock, Colorado. She was much loved and is leaving a legacy of kindness, dedication, and devotion to her family and faith as a Jehovah’s Witness.
Jeanette was a realtor, and had a remarkable 40 year career, where she became known for not only her expertise, but for her heart. She believed a home was not just walls and a roof but a happy place where life unfolds. Clients quickly became friends because she treated every client she worked with like family. Her integrity, patience, and care earned her the trust of everyone who crossed her path for more than four decades.
In addition to her career, Jeanette’s greatest passion was her family. She was a devoted wife for more than 50 years. She cared diligently, and patiently for her husband in his final moments. As a mother, she was unmatched. She was encouraging, compassionate, and always present. Her son, David Cobb, and daughter, Kathleen Cotton, were the light of her life, and their bond was unbreakable.
Her joy only grew as a grandmother and great-grandmother. Jeanette adored her grandson, Ryan Ennis, her granddaughter, Paige Cotton, and her great grandsons, Lochlyn McKeag Ennis and Killian Ennis. She celebrated their accomplishments, comforted them through challenges, and filled their lives with unconditional love. To them, she was an unwavering source of kindness, comfort, and support.
Jeanette was known by all as the kindest person you could ever meet. She had a way of making everyone feel cherished and heard. Her compassion wasn’t reserved for just special occasions-it was how she lived her life every day. She went far above and beyond
expectations, even being the primary caregiver for her mother and her husband’s grandmother for many years.
She leaves behind a family who adored her, friends who will miss her deeply, and a world made better by her presence. Her love and gentle spirit will live on in the lives of those who were lucky enough to have known her.
Jeanette will be remembered always for her eternal optimism, kindness, her grace, and the love she gave so freely.
