Survivors include wife of 53 years, Karen and four daughters, Holly
Bolling, Elizabeth Hackett (Stuart), Heather Hickman (Steve) and
Jennifer VanDyke (Dale) and eleven grandchildren whom he adored.
There will be no funeral, but a family memorial will be held at a later
date in Montana.
