Noel Diane Myers

Noel Diane Myers, age 58, of Larkspur, Colorado was received by our heavenly Father on Thursday, June 15, 2023. Noel passed away peacefully and gracefully at her home in Larkspur following a long and courageous battle with cancer.

Noel was born June 10th, 1965, in Joliet, Illinois. She was the daughter of Robert and Judy Hobert, and the eldest sister to four siblings, Justin, Adam, Carter, and Amber. She was the mother of twin boys, Joshua and Jordan.

Noel was a kind and loving companion, mother, and grandmother. Her love and compassion touched and enriched the lives of many special needs students and their families working as a behavior technician for Douglas County School District. She had a warm and radiant smile and loved to spend time with her family. She shared a happy home with the love of her life, Marshall Mundt.

Her love of gardening and flowers was abundant in her final days as she often submerged her face in the bouquets of flowers that friends and family brought her. The peace and tranquility she enjoyed as she inhaled long deep breaths, taking in every floral scent she possibly could, was a beautiful reminder of how much she loved God’s creations and the beautiful sanctuary where she lived.

One of Noel’s greatest joys in life was being a loving and caring grandmother to her eleven precious grandchildren. She was lovingly known as “Grandma Noey” by Grayson (16), Lincoln (13), Gibson (11), Bristol (11), Aria (8), McKinley (6), River (4), Macie (3), Gianni (3), Callan (3) and Ava (9 mo.). She loved to spend time hosting sleepovers, baking cookies, playing games, painting nails, planting flowers, and providing never-ending and much needed haircuts.

A devoted catholic, Noel attended church at St. Peter Catholic Church in Monument and St. Francis of Assisi Roman Catholic Church in Castle Rock.

Vigil and visitation for Noel will be Wednesday, June 21, 2023, from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM, with a Rosary to follow from 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM at St. Francis of Assisi Roman Catholic Church, 2746 Fifth Street, Castle Rock, Colorado 80104.

Funeral Mass will be Thursday, June 22, 2023, at 10:00 AM at St. Francis of Assisi Roman Catholic Church, 2746 Fifth Street, Castle Rock, Colorado 80104.

Rite of Committal/Burial Ceremony will be Thursday, June 22, 2023, at 12:45 PM at Seven Stones Botanical Gardens Cemetery, 9635 North Rampart Range Road, Littleton, Colorado, 80125.

A non-alcoholic “Celebration of Life” Reception will be Thursday, June 22, 2023, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Marshall & Noel’s home, 1904 Senecio Drive, Larkspur, Colorado, 80118.
