On February 5, 2016, Blanche Sullivan Slagle of Catonsville; beloved wife of the late Millard Fulton Slagle; devoted mother of Carolyn A. Helwig and husband the late Philip G. and Nancy L . Hedgespeth and husband James T.; she was preceded in death by her siblings Rosalie L. Oland, Edith M. Shipley, Stanley E. Sullivan, Gladys V. Sullivan, and Herbert H. Sullivan; loving grandmother of Susan M. Quinn and husband David P., Diane E. Helwig, Steven M. Hedgespeth and wife Kelly G. , and Jennifer C. Hedgespeth; cherished great grandmother of David P. Quinn Jr. and wife Taylor M., Mark A. Quinn, Kara A. Hedgespeth, and Colin M. Hedgespeth. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
