Christie, I can’t believe it has been 4 years now since you have left us. We talk and think about you often. On Thanksgiving, we prayed about it being the first Thanksgiving for you and your mom. We know you had everything in order down to the seating arrangement. LOL  We love and miss you!!!

Donnie, Please accept my deepest condolences to you and your family. Losing a loved one is never easy.  Losing Christie at such an early age was tragic.  Always remember the good times and what she was able to accomplish in her life. 🙏🙏❤️

I worked with Chris since2012 at Trinity School, as Julie tutors. Chris was passionate about  providing  each student with the support he or she needed..  We spent many lunchtimes together, and shared stories and laughter.  Chris was so proud of her family, and shared loving anecdotes about her parents and daughters, son0in0law, and grandchildren.  I remember how happy she was when she told us she was going to be a grandmother.  Chris was a thoughtful colleague, a great listener, and an organizer of support when a co0worker was sick or bereaved.  I  extend my deepest condolences to her family.

Dear Christies family and friends. I known Christie since the early 70's from school and hanging out together. She always was kind, sweet and a true friend to All. My thoughts and prayer's are with everyone. I was so sadden by this news. RIP sweet Christie, you're our angel. Miss and Love you , your friend Ginger...... <3 

Ali, Mary & the White Family,
Chris was a gentle & generous friend.  We laughed and cried together, and she's leaving a hole in my heart.  She was a special friend, and no matter how much time passed between visits, it seemed no time had passed at all.  I will miss her always.  My deepest condolences to all of you.

Chris and I have been friends for almost 30 years.  I was new in town and had no family within 1,500 miles, plus a new baby girl.  It turns out Chris also had a new baby girl, Mary. We hit it off right away and soon were spending many wonderful days together.  Our friendship was deep and personal.  We helped each other and took turns watching the girls so we could each have a small respite on occasion.  We had joint birthday parties for the girls, took them to the same pre-school and fully enjoyed the time of being young mothers together.
"Mom White" as I affectionately called her, had us over many times where I felt included.  It was clear to me that Chris' gentle demeanor and quick wit came from her parents and the love they shared as they opened up their home to us.
Chris' main activity outside the home besides teaching was tennis. She loved it!  Surprisingly to me, this mild-mannered woman was very competitive on the court.  She was good at it too but she never gloated when winning.  She was just as happy when she did not win.
We spent a wonderful week in Sedona, AZ about 2 1/2 years ago and reconnected instantly.  Seeing the sites and spending time with our adult daughters was a joy for all of us.  She loved talking about Max and her joy in being near Ali and family. 
Christie will always be in my heart and I picture her with those beautiful blue eyes and a genuine smile on her face with love and generosity to everyone.


Miss White was such an amazing person and she greatly influenced my son through tutoring at Trinity.  She had such a kind way about her and was heavily focused on the uniqueness of each child.  We will forever remember her as a servant of St Julie.  RIP, Miss White, we will miss you dearly! 

I knew Chris as a language arts tutor.   Mary would race around while we drank sweet tea, read Poe and talked about the difficulties of being 12.  She related to me as a person instead of a kid.  It had a lasting impression that shaped how I relate to my two boys, 8 and 10.  I remember our time together with such fondness. 

When I think about Chris, I think big heart and wide smile.  I am tearing up writing this. I just want to offer my deepest condolences.  Chris was such a beautiful person and she’ll be missed.
