George, it’s hard to believe that Diane’s been gone 10 years. I think of her every single year at this time: telling us funny stories, sharing about  your trips to all inclusive,  the bottle of booze she kept in her office desk drawer,  her smarts,  her joy. Hope you are well.

Missing an old friend. Always a part of my life even though I had not seen you since the mid 70's. Bob I also think of you too. Mrs. Skinner thank you for being so nice to me as a neighbor and friend to you kids.

A year has passed since the lost if your beloved Diane ... I send you love and prayers that the ache lessens as the wonderful memories of your life with Diane keep you going. Now with Diane and your parents watching over you, be strong and find joy in life again. You are surrounded by love and prayers.

So sad to be taken away from her family and friends so soon in life. Prayers to her family. We had many great times living down the street from each other growing up. She will be dearly missed by all I'm sure.

Diane was a bright spot in our day and will be truly missed by her team members at OneMain. I was lucky enough to share almost 14 years getting to know Diane...with many shared jokes and lots of teasing! She knew how to enjoy herself and while she was somewhat reserved when it came to sharing personal information, she never hesitated to share how blessed she felt to have George and her family in her life.

George, I want to send my deepest sympathy to you and your family for the loss of your wife. I never knew your wife, but can see by the photo's that you had a beautiful life with a beautiful woman.  It's been many many years since I have seen you.  Mike Bitzel called me to pass this sad news.  Old friends, old neighbors tend to drift back into your like in a time of need. Diane was a dear friend who made my work days fun! She always made me laugh and gave me solid, trustable advice. I am deeply saddened by her loss. The world has lost a remarkable woman. May God watch over and bless you George and Kevin.

Although I never met Diane I grieve with her family. I share a slip in the same marina and am so saddened by her loss. Please know your grief is shared by many in the community. My prayer for the family is for faith to know that God always keeps His promises and that you will see her again!

Housty was my co-worker and cube-neighbor and I always looked forward to coming in to chat and laugh with her. I will miss her quick wit, bold honesty, and our shared sense of humor.

I am so saddened by the passing of Diane who I got to know over the years in working with her. Ralph Waldo Emerson said, "It is not the length of life but the depth of life",and as I look through the lovely photo tribute, a smile comes to my face to know that I was privileged to have shared in part of her life. Those we have held in our arms for a little while, we hold in our hearts forever. Diane will never really be dead as long as the ones that loved are alive. I wish I could be there to put my arms around George and Kev, but know a toast to the life of Diane and to the happiness she brought was done on the evening of August 11th. "Saddened" does not begin to express the emotions I felt when I heard the news. Diane was always sich a strong Woman and had such great energy and I will miss seeing a truly incredible neighbor and Friend. George, whatever You need, please do not hesitate to contact me. I am truly saddened by the passing of Diane who I worked with for over 11 years. To me, and many others she worked with, she was affectionately known to us as "Housty".  She was a dedicated employee who always gave her best and could always be counted on.
